Obligation to provide information according to art. 13 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Whenever you visit our web pages, information on the access (date, time, page viewed, IP address) is stored on our server in the form of log files. We do this out of a legitimate interest in monitoring the technical operation of the site, in order to optimise our range of information and to identify attacks on our website. This data is evaluated solely for our own statistical purposes and in an anonymous manner. The log files are deleted after a period of six months.

The data is processed on behalf of H+H SYSTEM GmbH.

In general, we do not collect personal data when you use the services provided on our website. When you contact us using our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and other personal data are used exclusively for individual correspondence with the intention of replying to your enquiries. You may rest assured that your data will be used solely by us, will not be passed on, and will be treated confidentially in compliance with the statutory requirements current applicable. However, this does not apply to the transfer of data to processors who perform their work exclusively in accordance with the instructions of H+H System GmbH, do not use the data for their own purposes, and are bound by individual agreements to the data protection obligations of the Data Protection Regulation.

You are entitled to obtain information on the data, as well as to have it corrected and deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict and object to data processing (in particular, objection to the dispatch of direct mail) and to file complaints with a regulation authority.

General requests and chat

The data you provide when forwarding your enquiry via the contact form, email or chat service (name, contact data, content of your enquiry, history of previous contact) will be processed by us for customer support purposes (pre-contractual measures) and for marketing purposes (legitimate interest in the dispatch of direct mail by post). We will delete your data three years after your last enquiry, unless there is a legal obligation to hold the data.

Subscription to newsletters

You will only receive our newsletter after you have given your express consent, by entering your data and your email address and clicking the “Subscribe” button, and subsequently by clicking the confirmation link in the automatically forwarded confirmation email (double opt-in). You can revoke your consent at any time by entering your data and clicking the “Unsubscribe” button. In addition, each newsletter offers the possibility to unsubscribe. The legal basis applicable prior to the revocation will not be affected by this revocation.

Your data will be collected until you revoke your consent or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
